Star of Chaos
Volume 1 Article 1
In case if you are wondering I am an adept and I love occult science. I love learning about new cultures and religions and I really do randomly search the internet at times for the newest preaching, spiritual guidance and words of wisdom. I consider my religion as "Rosicrucian" and I will tell you why later. My mind was recently very interested in Stars. I decided to check up on the Eight Pointed Star because...a beautiful Eight Pointed Snow Flake melted on my window at 5 in the morning ( I am never up this early usually) and I was fascinated with the 8 Points it created.
I typed in Eight Pointed Star in Bing Image Search looking for a Beautiful and Positive Meaning to the wonderful snowflake I just saw and guess what popped up?
The Dangerous Looking "Star of Chaos".
Now you can imagine my discontent with this symbol because it did not look anything like the snowflake. So I researched again and finally found a Star of Eight Points that has a good and benign meaning.
I will show you the star in a minute because I want to take the time to reflect on what I found about the "Star of Chaos". There are a lot of Blogs, People, Computer Programmers, and Occultists who are extremely dedicated and obsessed with this "Star".
Here it is a symbol of "Power Beyond Belief" because it represents the Chaos Theory and "Chaos Magick".
People who support the Star of Chaos also have to show the world their new found star by wearing T-Shirts, Wallpapering their Computers, Wearing Necklaces and symbols and I am SURE....they are getting Tattoos of this "Amazing Symbol" too.
IT IS THE ROCK AND ROLL SYMBOL OF THE STAR WORLD! Only Cool People know about this star. If you haven't heard of this star yet....well you are just not cool dude!
Examples of COOLNESS
Then there is the Eight Pointed Star that is rather Benign in Comparison and this Star gets No Hype or Major Fame even though it is a lovely star.
I believe that this symbol is friendlier and nicer to wear as a symbol of the Earth and Nature.
The Star of Chaos is probably very deep and I grant it that it probably has power. However if you look at that star on a planetary level or astronomical level it is a star that changes things from the core, and from a very dynamic level.
If you invite that energy or try to channel that energy it is probably doing things with Evolutionary Changes rather than wasting time on granting you a few wishes.
If you do use the Star of Chaos and you are "a true supporter of Chaotic Magick" well good for you.
But once I saw T shirts and Contact Lenses I was sure there is a unnatural level of hype going on here and it is tailored to the younger crowd of teenagers and early twenties crowd. I am sure I am not going to meet a 60 year old Yogi Man or Woman of high Power and Spiritualism wearing that T Shirt or even a Star of Chaos Talisman.
I think the Internet needs to acknowledge the simpler stars as well such as Compass Stars and Sun Stars.I am SURE my Snowflake Star was a good and kind star that is beautiful to behold and is harmonic in Nature. Well if you do not understand this post...You are not meant to understand it. This is for the Occultists who run around searching for wisdom and for the new guys on the block that have found their newfound power. Please look before you leap and stop running to this obvious symbol of Chaos. Chaos is not meant to be in human hands and we are supposed to follow Order.
It is the Star of Inanna, The Queen of the Heavens, The Star of Ishtar, and it is also related to the Sun God. Now this star sounds like a star for snowflakes! It is used as a compass in Viking Sybols, a talisman and other well meaning symbols in the works of the occult but as soon as people hear "Sumerian Inanna" they think "OH ILLUMINATI!!!" Run for the Hills! Ishtar is another Goddess no one really knows or understands. But if you translate "the Queen of the Heavens" to nowadays Goddesses it would probably be as benign as "the King of the Kindgom" (some Christianity Symbols that were stolen originally came from ancient texts).
Here is the Nice Eight Pointed Star
If you look at this star you would see in this image something that resembles a SUN.
The points are beautiful and they seems to represent the directions of the Earth much like a Compass but with 8 Points instead of four.I believe that this symbol is friendlier and nicer to wear as a symbol of the Earth and Nature.
